It’s hard to believe we are already in February. This year is flying by and before you know it, the holidays will be upon us again. But let’s not jump ahead of ourselves.  In 2012, Imprimis Group celebrated 30 years of providing staffing and human resources solutions to companies around the metroplex and the U.S. I started this business in 1982 when individuals with word processing skills were in high demand. Now, we are texting from mobile devices and saving files to the cloud.

Today, simple technology has evolved into social media platforms, and of course the digitization of our society. As the world changes, Imprimis Group does too.  Our services continue to meet your changing needs.

As we move forward into 2013, there are several things in store to better serve YOU—the individuals who entrust us to provide the very best individuals.

• At the end of 2012, I partnered with Sherri Elliott-Yeary to launch the newest division of Imprimis Group, Human Capital Solutions, a firm specializing in HR consulting. Sherri brings more than 25 years of experience to HCS and has transformed the workforce of some of the nation’s largest brands to increase productivity and employee morale.
• In January, we launched the 2013 Lunch & Learn series with a discussion on Generational Differences. In an intimate and interactive setting, Sherri gave an informative presentation on how to resolve communication issues between the generations in the workplace, turning a tense environment into a collaborative experience. Stay tuned for details on these quarterly seminars.
• Finally, we are launching a new email campaign to bring you the latest in news, trends and insights impacting your industry today –  things like employee engagement, technology tools and best practices learned from our hundreds of clients.
