Podcasts are the perfect medium for delving deeply into the topics that matter most to you in your profession, broadening your perspectives, and learning from many of the brightest minds in the business.

In HR and recruiting, we’re fortunate that there are many podcasts worth listening to that can make your career more fulfilling and rewarding. Here are five that will invigorate your mind and inspire you with actionable information each morning as you head into the office:

Hiring on All Cylinders

This podcast hosts weekly conversations about the most important topics in recruiting, featuring professionals on the front lines of filling their organizations with top talent. Recent topics include the impact of automation on the workforce, what degrees now mean to employers, AI’s potential impact on diversity, and sourcing talent in a market with historically low unemployment. Episodes are 20-30 minutes each.

Nine to Thrive HR

A new episode is delivered roughly each month providing access to leading HR practitioners from Fortune 1000 companies, as well thought-leaders, authors, and academics. These experts cover everything from talent acquisition and analytics to engagement, retention, and development. HR Happy Hour

HR Happy Hour, the longest running and top downloaded HR podcast, focuses on human resources, management, leadership, and workforce technology. The show is hosted by Steve Boese, the Co-Chair of the HR Technology Conference and Trish McFarlane, CEO of H3 HR Advisors. Recruiting Future

This podcast covers innovation and futurology in recruiting, recruitment marketing, and HR technology. Shows are 15-30 minutes in length.

HR Works

HR Works provides relevant, actionable information on topics that matter to human resources professionals. Episodes typically last 25-40 minutes.
