This client has partnered with The IMPRIMIS GROUP to find a Pricing Analyst.

The ideal individual will need strong knowledge in pricing and must be very analytical. You will work in a beautiful corporate office, offering amenities such as a gym, spacious break areas, and it is within walking distance to many eating venues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Assist in developing and improving CES’s pricing strategy and pricing-related practices
  • Compile and analyze competitive and industry information and trends underlying the company’s pricing strategy
  • Determine the impact of pricing actions (e.g. volume, profitability, product mix) using scenario and what-if analysis

Price Execution and Maintenance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing actions
  • Troubleshoot pricing inquiries and issues arising from CES branches, commercial team members, internal executives and departments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, and identify areas for potential pricing improvements and possible solutions
  • Assist with market research and ad hoc projects as needed

Project Management

  • Develop project plans and milestones for key pricing initiatives and assist team in meeting project milestones
  • Help manage the collection, organization and archiving of project-related files and analyses


Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2-4 years experience in Marketing, Project Management, or Strategic Planning; experience in the electrical distribution industry desirable
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Curious, collaborative, and self-directed nature
