Position is in downtown Dallas, TX and is an indefinite Contract role within a FUN, TEAM ORIENTED division that offers room for growth. Pay is $18-19/hr. PLUS OT & Benefits & Incentives!!!!
Ideal candidates have a minimum experience in the following (but not limited to):
- Technical expertise in various Mortgage Automation Software
- Mortgage industry to include processing, help-desk, customer service and technical support
- Reliable with the highest level of service and support (internal and external customers/staff)
- 3+ years Loan Processing, Underwriting or Technical Support
- Technical support for Mortgage software. 360 degrees
- Guided mortgage loan officers through steps to installing, running software, and pulling credit
- Provided support for mobile applications to customers updating accounts and applications with applicable information (credit purposes)
- Handled calls for Client Location Servers and Content Media
- Standard Network Trouble Shooting experience a plus
Software experience required: MS Office, Calyx Point/Point Central, various lending/banking software and electronic application and signature system tools. Comfortable knowledge of web conferencing tools, preferably GoToMeeting/ GoToWebinar Familiarity with PointCentral or Point Data Server software.
Mortgage Service Agents will work with licensed users in the following areas: Lenders, Brokers, Mortgage Bankers, Community Bankers, Credit Unions, Nonprofits Reps.
