Overview

  • Demonstrate great customer-centric skills by creating unique and personalized experiences for our customers
  • Assist customers by phone, email, chat, text and social media
  • Work within several software programs simultaneously
  • Schedule reservations for customers
  • Empathize concern and do all possible to address any customer issues or concerns
  • Escalate customer concerns as needed
  • Work closely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues
  • Use good critical-thinking skills to solve customer concerns

Required

  • Business professional dress code
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Type minimum 35 words per minute (will be tested)
  • Ability to speak conversationally when following a script
  • Must be reliable in attendance and office hours Must be available to work shifts from 7:30 a.m.to 7:00 p.m. and some Saturdays
  • Be process-driven
  • High School Diploma required
