Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a newly built boutique hotel located in Euless TX. The hotel property, located in a fast growing shopping plaza, is known for it's vibrant atmosphere, modern decor, and custom amenities. As the Assistant General Manager you would be responsible for managing property staff, operations, financials, and sales in the absence of the General Manager. Over-see property to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest services, marketing, and property appearance. Must have a dynamic personality and able to promote guest satisfaction.
General Manager must possess the following:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area OR
- 4-years of hospitality experience conducive to the position
- Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Considerable knowledge of computer accounting programs. Budgetary analysis capabilities required.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
