The IMPRIMIS GROUP is hiring talented Customer Service Representatives!!! We are looking for matching the top talent with our fast-growing client in North Dallas/Garland. $14/hr - no nights, no weekends, OT is allowed Must be available immediately.
These opportunities are contract to hire and all applicants must be available to work various shifts (8-5 and 9-6). Spanish bilingual highly preferred.
Duties and Skill Requirements:
- 2+ years in Customer Service/Call Center
- Must have 6 months of inbound/outbound experience
- Answer patient, facility, and insurance calls professionally and pleasantly
- Ability to monitor accounts for follow up and documentation purposes
- Handle administrative duties with accurate files and patient accounts
- Regular attendance and timeliness - must be reliable and dependable
